WHAT LENGTH SHOULD I PURCHASE?

There are many factors to consider when selecting your desired length of hair extensions: natural hair length, desired hair style and height. For example, 20 inch hair extensions may appear shorter on someone who is 5 ft. 8 inches tall in comparison to someone who is 5 ft. 3 inches tall. This guideline is best to follow when ordering His Hairtique human hair extensions.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We provide domestic shipping for a flat rate fee of $12, with packages being delivered in 5-7 business days.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

No, unfortunately we do not offer express shipping at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Return and Exchange Policy Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, our policy won’t allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that’s been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn for an extended amount of time. The safety of our team, customers, and vendors will always be key to our policies and decision making.

Return/Exchange – No Refunds. Due to the purity of our hair, we encourage all His Hairtique customers to gently wash their unprocessed bundles prior to installing. We will take exchanges only on unused or unopened bundles within 7 days of purchase with original receipt issued during purchase. All sales are final on other items.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process.
